Who we are is where we are. The Southwest is the crossroads for many cultures and histories from the indigenous Navajo, Apache and Hopi tribes who first occupied this land to Spanish colonialism and centuries of settlement. The Scottsdale Art Week Fair is a reflection of today’s more dynamic and contemporary community but is rooted in our unique landscape and history. To this end we have striven to create America’s first art fair with the emphasis on indigenous expression–understood as artwork by any maker possessing a profound or authentic connection to place.

A Fair of Art and Design curated for sophisticated contemporary lifestyles, this event brings together a dynamic combination of Contemporary Art and Design, the work of living Indigenous artists, and historical American art that speaks to the area’s heritage as the western outpost of America’s preeminent architect, Frank Lloyd Wright and the home to the wealth of the west.
